New-build villas are one of our specialities in Mutxamel. We build the home turnkey: geotechnical survey, foundations, structure, envelope, services and finishes, with pool and outdoor space integrated into the same project. We guide the owner through finish selection and the whole planning process.

In established developments we handle full renovations and extensions of villas and townhouses that have aged: new kitchens and bathrooms, floor re-layouts, porch enclosures and services upgrades. Energy efficiency, with aerothermal heating, solar panels and good insulation, is an increasingly common request.

The huerta and its country houses bring their own challenges: old structures, foundations to check, rising damp and the need to blend traditional character with modern comfort. We reinforce structures, treat damp at source and update services while respecting the essence of the home.

We coordinate every trade under one site manager and work to a fixed price and a phased schedule. For international owners or those away part of the year, we manage the project remotely with regular photo reports and communication by email and video call.

We handle the licence with Mutxamel town hall. Interior renovations go by responsible declaration or minor works, while new builds, extensions and pools need a major works licence and a technical project. We take care of all the paperwork and the occupancy certificate where required.
