Calpe is defined by its icon: the Peñón de Ifach. At its foot spreads a town of contrasts, with apartment towers facing the Arenal-Bol and La Fossa beaches, the old town on the hill and villa urbanisations like Maryvilla, Empedrola and Gran Sol scattered across the slopes. We renovate in all of them, adapting our approach to each type with a written fixed-price quote.

High-rise sea-front apartments are Calpe's hallmark and also our most frequent work. We renovate flats with views of the Peñón and the bay: open kitchens, modern bathrooms, pale floors and, crucially, terrace enclosures and joinery that make the most of the light but withstand the marine environment. In elevated flats we coordinate the site logistics — hoists, community hours, protection of shared areas — so the neighbours aren't disturbed.

Salt-air corrosion is a real problem for Calpe's sea-front homes. The sea breeze deposits salt on window frames, railings and fittings, which degrade if the materials aren't chosen well. On our front-line renovations we use marine-grade coated aluminium, A4 stainless steel and coastal-spec exterior paints, extending the life of terraces and windows facing the sea.

Holiday letting drives many Calpe renovations. A well-presented apartment near La Fossa or the Arenal lets easily for much of the year, and a letting-focused renovation improves both rate and occupancy. We carry out full and partial renovations turnkey, coordinating every trade under one responsible manager: strip-out, new services with certificates, tiling, kitchen, carpentry and final clean.
