The Centro and the Ensanche Diputación account for much of our work. These are districts of grand buildings and older blocks, many from the early and mid-20th century, with high-ceilinged flats, mouldings and rambling layouts that today call for a full renovation: new plumbing and electrics, open-plan kitchens, modern bathrooms and a re-plan that wins light and space. In these classic blocks we take particular care over logistics — narrow or non-existent lifts, internal courtyards, demanding communities — and we preserve features worth keeping, such as hydraulic-tile floors or period joinery, when it makes sense.

Carolinas (Altas and Bajas) and San Blas are everyday, deeply Alicantino neighbourhoods, where the permanent family home predominates and people renovate to improve daily life. The typical job here is the complete updating of 1960s and 70s flats: replacing aged installations, swapping the bath for a walk-in shower, fitting functional kitchens, ducted air conditioning and better insulation.
