Excavation, concrete shell, waterproofing, lining, filtration and coping, including the permit application and the electrical connection.
Kitchen renovation · Orihuela Costa
New layout, bespoke units and worktop, extractor and appliances, with renewed plumbing and electrics and the ventilation checked.
Facade renovation · Jávea (Xàbia)
Cracks and blown render made good, damp treated, then render and elastic paint that stands up to sun and salt air, with scaffolding and protection for neighbours.
Bathroom renovation · Dénia
Bath swapped for a walk-in tray, reinforced waterproofing under the tiling, sanitaryware, screen and extractor fan — usually inside a week.
New-build home · Calpe
From the design and the major-works permit through to handover with the completion certificate: foundations, structure, envelope, services and finishes.
