A full bathroom usually takes 10–15 working days; a kitchen 15–25; and a full apartment renovation 6–10 weeks. At the first visit we give you a realistic room-by-room schedule.
Do you handle building permits?
Yes. We process minor and major works licences with the relevant town hall and, when required, coordinate the technical project and site supervision.
Can I renovate while living outside Spain?
Yes. We work with many overseas owners: we coordinate by email, WhatsApp and video call, and send regular photo reports of the work in progress.
