- What we do
- Lifting the existing tiles, terrazzo or wood floor and taking the rubble to a licensed tip.
- How we do it
- We break out with an electric breaker and extraction at the tool, so the dust does not travel through the rest of the property. Rubble goes out in bags the same day; in blocks we agree working hours and protect the lift and entrance hall.
Self-levelling preparation

- How we do it

- How we do it
- This is what we recommend for holiday homes closed up for months: the SPC core barely moves with the temperature swings, unlike laminate. It floats over a thin underlay and takes water without complaint.
