Replacing the flooring throughout a property is the renovation that changes it most for the least disruption. We swap tired or dated floors for AC5 laminate, engineered wood, rectified porcelain or SPC vinyl, matched to how each room is used and to your budget.
Before we lay anything we check the subfloor is level and, where needed, apply self-levelling compound so the new floor sits perfectly. When the existing tiles are sound, we can often lay straight over them with no demolition — that means far less dust, rubble and fewer days on site.
On the Costa Blanca we choose finishes that stay stable in heat and humidity: SPC vinyl and porcelain will not warp when a holiday home is shut up for months and temperatures swing, which matters in seafront apartments.
