Do I need permission from Torrevieja town hall for microcement?
Because a microcement coating does not touch structure, the facade or the building envelope, it is normally covered by a declaración responsable (minor works) with Torrevieja town hall. If the job also involves forming a new shower base or moving pipework, we state that in the notification. We file whatever applies before starting.
Will microcement survive the salt air in Torrevieja?
